Overview
Day 1: Arrival – Kaziranga
- Pickup from Guwahati Airport / Railway Station.
- Drive to Kaziranga National Park, home of the One-Horned Rhinoceros.
- Evening free for leisure.
- Overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Day 2: Kaziranga – Shillong
- After breakfast, drive to Shillong (Approx. 4,900 ft.), known as the Scotland of the East.
- En route visit Umiam Lake, a serene lake surrounded by scenic hills.
- Evening arrival and check-in at Shillong.
- Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 3: Shillong – Cherrapunjee (Via Mawlynnong & Dawki)
- Early breakfast and departure around 7:00 AM.
- Drive to Dawki (Approx. 80 km / 2-3 hr).
- Visit Dawki Bridge and optional boat ride on Umngot River.
- Continue to Mawlynnong (Approx. 25 km).
- Explore Asia’s Cleanest Village and Living Root Bridge.
- Drive to Cherrapunjee (Approx. 90 km / 2-3 hr).
- Evening arrival and overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.
Day 4: Cherrapunjee – Full-day Sightseeing
- Visit waterfalls and natural attractions including:
- Wah-Kaba Falls
- Mawsawa Falls
- Prut Waterfall
- Lyngksiar Falls
- Janailar Falls
- Seven Sisters Falls
- Arwha Cave
- Mawsmai Cave
- Nokhalikai Falls
- Eco Park
- Overnight stay at Cherrapunjee.
Day 5: Cherrapunjee – Shillong (Via Phe Phe & Krangsuri Falls)
- Early morning boating at Umngot River.
- Breakfast and drive back to Shillong via Jaintia Hills.
- En route visit: Krangsuri Falls and Phe Phe Falls.
- Evening leisure time in Shillong.
- Overnight stay at Shillong.
Day 6: Shillong – Guwahati (Kamakhya Temple Visit)
- Breakfast and check-out.
- Drive to Guwahati.
- Visit Kamakhya Temple.
- Drop at Airport / Railway Station. Tour concludes.
